Healing from the Ground Up is a response to this call. Offered to help meet the need in our communities for restorative and sustainable health care, Community Centered Herbalism brings healthcare back to our hands, hearts and homes.
Healing from the Ground Up offers practical methods to build personal, community and planetary health by acting locally and connecting globally.

Levels 1 thru 3 are each 9-month programs. Each builds one upon the next, like rings on a tree. Participants choose the length of their study depending on their personal needs and goals. Those completing all 3 levels may be initiated as Community Centered Herbalists if they choose. All participants become:

• Keepers of herbal wisdom
• Keepers of a healing path accessible to all people
• Keepers of skills needed to cultivate and celebrate life

Tuition: TBA with Stewardship option

Develop a practice of personal health using dooryard herbs, simple ritual, compassionate, listening, seasonal cycles and optimum nutrition.

Develop a global health perspective using botanical and herbal nomenclature, herbal medicine-making skills and diverse fields of awareness.

Create and execute a personal expression of Community Centered Herbalism, upon completion receive a Certificate of Recognition as a Community Centered Herbalist.
